Overwatch 2 cheat licenses are digital goods. This page covers when we can refund, when we cannot, and how to open a request with your order ID.
If payment cleared but no license or delivery email arrived within a reasonable window, contact Support with the order ID and we will replace the key or refund.
If the product shows Updating for an extended period after purchase and never returns to Active during your license window, you may request a refund or equivalent time credit.
Duplicate charges or clear processor errors are refunded once verified.
Licenses that were delivered and activated successfully are generally non-refundable because the digital good was provided.
Account bans or penalties from the game publisher are not grounds for refund — you assume that risk under the Terms of Use.
Buyer error (wrong email, ignored setup guides, loading while status is Updating) is not refundable unless delivery genuinely failed.
Contact Support with order ID, purchase date, and a short description. Refund decisions typically arrive within a few business days.
Approved refunds go back through the original payment method when possible.
